Mental Health
Track

Our Mental Health Track is more of a "Clinical" approach to sober living where members are required to use an outside professionals to work on themselves. This track best serves those who have tried the 12 steps before and did not have a good experience. 

Meeting Requirements

All members using the Mental Health Track are required to attend 3-4 in-person meetings per week. These meetings include PHP, IOP3, individual counseling sessions, group therapy sessions, and psychiatric appointments. 

We will also accept SMART Recovery meetings in the Mental Health Track.

Mentorship

One of the most efficient and effective ways to grow in life is having a Mentor of some kind. Members using the Mental Health Track are required to be under the care of a Life Coach, Peer Support Specialist, Recovery Coach, or some other kind of certified mental health professional.
